释义	不动产权属证书是权利人享有该不动产物权的证明。我国目前全面启用的统一不动产登记簿证样式，包括《不动产登记簿》、《不动产权证书》、《不动产登记证明》等。其中，不动产登记簿由不动产登记机构负责管理，并永久保存;不动产权证书则向申请人发放，是享有不动产物权的证明。进行房屋交易需以登记簿为准。不动产权属证书记载的事项，应当与不动产登记簿一致;记载不一致的，除有证据证明不动产登记簿确有错误外，以不动产登记簿为准。有证据证实不动产登记簿记载的事项确实存在错误的，应当依法进行更正登记。
