释义	看各地政策规定。如湖北省市场监管局发布《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控公共卫生I级、II级应急响应期间有关价格违法行为的认定与处理意见》规定，自2020年1月22日起，销售商品或者提供服务存在下列情形之一的，依法认定为哄抬价格行为：一是以2020年1月21日前商品销售价格或者提供服务的价格为原价，在1月22日后超出原价销售或者提供服务的；二是商品进货成本发生变化，购销差额未与1月21日前保持一致并扩大的；三是所售商品无参照原价，购销差价额超过15%的。
