释义	法律分析：根据法律规定，女方在怀孕期间，孕妇是可以离婚的。但是，在女方怀孕期间，男方提离婚并非绝对不允许，如果女方有重大错误，或因婚后与人通奸怀孕，或者分娩期间与人乱搞两性关系等，人民法院查明属实，可以受理该离婚案。法院会根据夫妻感情是否确已破裂为标准，作出是否准予离婚的判决。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零八十二条规定，女方在怀孕期间、分娩后一年内或者终止妊娠后六个月内，男方不得提出离婚；但是，女方提出离婚或者人民法院认为确有必要受理男方离婚请求的除外。
