法律分析:
1、根据辞退的原因不同，补偿也不一样。可能有三种，第一，严重违纪，无补偿。第二，合同到期，或者经济性裁员，有7个月工资的补偿；第三，无故辞退员工有双倍的经济补偿即14个月的经济补偿，如果员工工资高水社平工资的三倍，补偿不得超过12个月。
2、分析：企业辞退员工，根据辞退的原因不同相应的补偿也不同。具体说明：第一，无故辞退员工，单位需要支付双倍的经济性补偿。第二，合同到期辞退员工，单位需要支付经济性补偿。第三，单位经济性裁员，辞退员工需要支付经济性补偿。第四，员工严重违反公司纪律，单位不需要支付补偿。

《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十九条 劳动者有下列情形之一的，用人单位可以解除劳动合同：
（1）在试用期间被证明不符合录用条件的；
（2）严重违反用人单位的规章制度的；
（3）严重失职，营私舞弊，给用人单位造成重大损害的；
（4）劳动者同时与其他用人单位建立劳动关系，对完成本单位的工作任务造成严重影响，或者经用人单位提出，拒不改正的；
（5）因本法第二十六条 第一款第一项规定的情形致使劳动合同无效的；
（6）被依法追究刑事责任的。
第四十一条 有下列情形之一，需要裁减人员二十人以上或者裁减不足二十人但占企业职工总数百分之十以上的，用人单位提前三十日向工会或者全体职工说明情况，听取工会或者职工的意见后，裁减人员方案经向劳动行政部门报告，可以裁减人员。
