释义	法律分析：对吊销营业执照不服，可以在处罚决定做出的3天内，书面要求听证，也可以向上一级工商管理部门提起行政复议，也可以在收到决定的3个月内提起行政诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十条法人以其全部财产独立承担民事责任。第六十九条有下列情形之一的，法人解散：(一)法人章程规定的存续期间届满或者法人章程规定的其他解散事由出现二)法人的权力机构决议解散三)因法人合并或者分立需要解散四)法人依法被吊销营业执照、登记证书，被责令关闭或者被撤销五)法律规定的其他情形。
