释义	法律分析: 个体工商营业执照不年检，不会自动注销，但是会被工商行政管理部门列入经营异常名录。法律依据: 《个体工商户登记管理办法》第十条个体工商户应当每年在规定时间内，向所在地工商行政管理机关办理验照手续，逾期不办理且无正当理由的，工商行政管理机关有权收缴营业执照。第十三条申请个体工商户登记，申请人或者其委托的代理人可以直接到经营场所所在地登记机关登记；登记机关委托其下属工商所办理个体工商户登记的，到经营场所所在地工商所登记。
