释义	法律分析： “诉讼副本”其实就是起诉状副本，根据民事诉讼法的相关规定，在原告在向法院起诉时，应该向法院提交起诉状正本一份，并按对方当事人的人数提供相应的副本。通俗点讲，原告的起诉状要一式几份，留在法院的一份就叫正本，而由法院向被告或对方当事人送达的起诉状就是副本，正本和副本中的内容一样。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
