释义	法律分析：租地期限不得超过二十年。虽然在土地租赁合同最长期限方面我们国家是有明文规定不能超过多少年限的，而超过部分将视为无效。但是可以在期满过后再次租让土地。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
