释义	在诉讼案中答辩期间，当被告提出管辖权异议的时间超过了法律规定的管辖权异议时间以后。法院将不予审查，亦不需作出裁定。《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》规定人民法院受理案件后，当事人对管辖权有异议的，应当在提交答辩状期间内提出。人民法院对当事人提出的异议，应当审查。异议成立的，裁定将案件移送有管辖权的人民法院;异议不成立的，裁定驳回。第一百一十三条规定人民法院应当在立案之日起五日内将起诉状副本发送被告，被告在收到之日起十五日内提出答辩状。
