讼诉费怎么收 -法律知识

法律分析：
人民法院收取诉讼费用应当向当事人开具缴费凭证，当事人持缴费凭证到指定 代理 银行交费。 依法应当向当事人退费的，人民法院应当按照国家有关规定办理。 诉讼费用缴库和退费的具体办法由国务院财政部门商最高人民法院另行制定。

《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》
第三条 在诉讼过程中不得违反本办法规定的范围和标准向当事人收取费用。
第四条 国家对交纳诉讼费用确有困难的当事人提供司法救助，保障其依法行使诉讼权利，维护其合法权益。
