问题	解除旅游合同退还定金吗？
释义	法律分析：非因游客的原因造成旅游合同解除的，旅行社要向旅游者退还已收取的全部费用，包括交纳的定金。但是因游客本身原因解除旅游合同，则旅行社不需要向游客退还定金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十七条债务人履行债务的，定金应当抵作价款或者收回。给付定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，无权请求返还定金；收受定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，应当双倍返还定金。
