释义	输了官司一般不能再起诉，根据法院“一事不再理”的原则，不可以重新起诉。但是在原审判决、裁定已生效的情况下，发现了新的证据可以另行起诉，原审判决、裁定有错误的可以申请再审，但对同一事实已经作出生效判决、裁定的不得上诉或重复起诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百九十九条 当事人对已经发生法律效力的判决、裁定，认为有错误的，可以向上一级人民法院申请再审；当事人一方人数众多或者当事人双方为公民的案件，也可以向原审人民法院申请再审。当事人申请再审的，不停止判决、裁定的执行。
