释义	租房合同到期后租客不搬走的处理办法：(一)承租人通知出租人的近亲属、单位或签证部门按到期日搬迁的，作原租约未延续不再交租金处理(二)承租人通知出租人回来之前或向承租人明确表态前，按续租处理，可按原租约补交租金，也可按月将租金交由上述人代收立据转交出租人，自得知出租人不续租的意思表示之日起，始作不续租处理。《合同法》第二百三十五条规定，租赁期间届满，承租人应当返还租赁物。返还的租赁物应当符合按照约定或者租赁物的性质使用后的状态。
