房屋租赁中介费纠纷的处理是：1.为了有明确依据拒绝支付费用，租房人最好在居间合同中列明找房的具体条件。如果中介介绍的房屋与租房人的要求明显不符，则不付费，并由中介机构赔偿损失。2.中介机构保证核实过该房屋资料，并满足租房人的特别要求，但因出租人提供的信息有误或者欺诈，中介应当承担损失，先行向承租人赔偿。根据《城市房屋租赁管理办法》第五条，房屋租赁当事人应当遵循自愿、平等、互利的原则。
