野生动物收容救护原则 |

野生动物收容救护应当遵循及时、就地、就近、科学的原则。野生动物收容救护机构应按实际需要，建立收容救护场所，配备相应的专业技术人员、救护工具、设备和药品等。县级以上地方政府林业主管部门及其野生动物收容救护机构可根据需要，组织从事野生动物科学研究、人工繁育等活动的组织和个人参与收容救护，并应公布野生动物收容救护机构的名称、地址和联系方式等相关信息。
一、救护车半路病人去世处理规定
如果人在救护车上。但是医院的救护人员没有采取任何救护的措施，因为医护人员没有履行职责导致了病人死亡，责任肯定是在医院，相反如果医护人员尽了职责，对病人进行了救护，但是病人还是死亡了，医护人员也无能为力，这个时候医院是不承担任何责任的，因为救护车只是一个运输工具，车上虽然有很多急救设备，但是也很简陋，急救医生只能对患者进行简单的救治。
二、野生动物许可证怎么办理
办理野生动物驯养繁殖许可证，事前要根据国家法律法规检查所要驯养繁殖的野生动物具备的条件：1、有适宜驯养繁殖野生动物的固定场所和必需的设施；2、具备与驯养繁殖野生动物种类、数量相适应的人员和技术；3、驯养繁殖野生动物的饲料来源有保证。具备了上述条件，向当地县级林业行政主管部门申领国家重点保护野生动物驯养繁殖许可证。
