释义	法律分析: 退伍军人指原为部队成员，根据其服役年限、服役种类、荣誉退役还是解除现役职务，或残废等级，按照法令规定有资格享受退伍军人法所规定的利益或特权。退伍后会有复员费，安家费等补助，就业和社会保障方面也有优待。法律依据: 《退伍义务兵安置条例》第十七条原是城镇户口的退伍义务兵，由原征集地市、县退伍军人安置办公室负责安排工作。对应予安排工作退伍义务兵，实行按系统分配任务，包干安置的办法进行安置。各接收单位包括中央、省属企事业单位都应把接收安置退伍军人作为义不容辞的责任。
