释义	我国没有法律规定“提前还贷需要支付违约金”，但同时亦没有法律约束“提前还贷不可以收取违约金”。提前还贷是否要收取违约金，要看双方是否在借款合同中约定提前还贷支付违约金条款，如果有的话，那么借款人可以要求还贷人支付相应的违约金。法律依据：《民法典》第六百七十七条，借款人提前返还借款的，除当事人另有约定外，应当按照实际借款的期间计算利息。
