释义	律师解答：一般来说劳动合同填写工资是基本工资,通常不会包含各项补贴福利的工资,部分公司也将各种补贴福利加在里面,劳动合同法没有要求一定要采取何种方式,需要双方协商同意即可,工资不得低于本地最低工资标准。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。
