释义	法律分析：有效。录音能作为证据在法庭上使用。录音属于我国《民事诉讼法》规定的八大证据类型之一的“视听资料”，当然能够作为证据使用，只是证据和证明力不是同一个法律概念，证据是一种资格，证明力是一种结果和作用，证据未必能够证明待证目的，包括录音证据在内的所有证据都应当具备证据的“三性”，即真实性、合法性和关联性。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第六十八条以侵害他人合法权益或者违反法律禁止性规定的方法取得的证据，不能作为认定案件事实的依据。
