释义	把孩子送人抚养符合法律规定的条件不会被判刑。生父母因为家庭困难无法抚养孩子的时候，是可以允许他人收养孩子的。如果排除上述的情况，这种行为就会涉嫌构成遗弃罪。遗弃罪在客观上表现为行为人对因年老、年幼、患病或其他原因而没有生活来源或没有独立生活能力的家庭成员，应当扶养而拒绝扶养的行为。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零九十三条下列未成年人，可以被收养：（一）丧失父母的孤儿；（二）查找不到生父母的未成年人；（三）生父母有特殊困难无力抚养的子女。
