释义	法律分析：租房合同到期未续签，房东转租不违约。合同到期后，租赁关系终止，承租人没有提出续租的，房东将租赁房屋转租他人是房东作为所有权人的权利，不属于违约行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百三十三条租赁期限届满，承租人应当返还租赁物。返还的租赁物应当符合按照约定或者根据租赁物的性质使用后的状态第七百三十四条租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。租赁期限届满，房屋承租人享有以同等条件优先承租的权利。
