公租房怎么算家庭成员

法律主观：

家庭指的是夫妻双方和未成年子女之间。公租房的家庭成员是按着户口本上的计算的。申请公共租赁住房，应当符合以下条件：（一）在本地无住房或者住房面积低于规定标准；（二）收入、财产低于规定标准；（三）申请人为外来务工人员的，在本地稳定就业达到规定年限。

《民法典》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。
