自己交的养老金怎么退？ |

一般情况下是不能退的，因为社会保险是国家根据宪法所制定的基本社会政策，社会保险具有法定性、保障性、互济性、福利性、社会性。社会保险不以盈利为目的。养老保险是为了确保劳动者因年老丧失劳动能力时，在养老期间发给生活费，以及生活方面给以照顾。
向当地社保缴纳的养老保险金，退保通常有以下两种情况：
1、农村户口如果离职时选择养老保险个人账户清算，可将个人帐户累计额个人缴费部分及利息一次性退还本人，同时缴费记录清零，以后按新参保处理，缴费年限重新计算。
2、城镇户口一般情况下是不能清算出来的。只有如下四种特殊情况可以清算：
①达法定退休年龄，未达到累计缴费15年，可申请养老保险个人账户累计额一次性清算退还本人。
②若不幸在退休前去世，养老保险个人帐户累计额可一次性清算出来。此部分可继承，即由法定继承人领取。
③若退休去世，其个人账户金额未领取完毕，余额可一次性清算出来，由法定继承人领取。
④出国定居，失去中国国籍的。
法律依据：
《社会保险法》第十四条个人账户不得提前支取，记账利率不得低于银行定期存款利率，免征利息税。个人死亡的，个人账户余额可以继承。
第十六条参加基本养老保险的个人，达到法定退休年龄时累计缴费满十五年的，按月领取基本养老金。
