释义	法律分析：现役军人是可以离婚的。但由于现役军人特殊的身份，法律同时也规定了保护军婚制度，就是说现役军人的配偶要求离婚的，须得经军人同意，法律只是要求现役军人的配偶提出离婚时必须经军人同意，而并没说现役军人不能离婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十一条役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
