释义	法律分析：法院判缓后不可以立刻走。缓刑，是有条件的不执行原来判决的刑罚。缓刑一般是人民法院根据嫌疑人的犯罪情节，社会危害程度和认罪态度。对嫌疑人作出暂缓执行刑罚的处罚措施。而缓刑期间也属于是考验期。如果嫌疑人在着期间内没有违法行为的话。缓刑期满后，就不用被追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十六条【缓刑的考验及其积极后果】对宣告缓刑的犯罪分子，在缓刑考验期限内，依法实行社区矫正，如果没有本法第七十七条规定的情形，缓刑考验期满，原判的刑罚就不再执行，并公开予以宣告。
