释义	赌债即一方赌博所借的债务，由于该债务未用于夫妻共同生活和家庭生活，属于一方个人不合理的开支，不属于夫妻共同债务的范围，因而应由举债人个人自行承担，配偶另一方不承担偿还责任。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民法典〉婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第三十四条，夫妻一方与第三人串通，虚构债务，第三人主张该债务为夫妻共同债务的，人民法院不予支持。夫妻一方在从事赌博、吸毒等违法犯罪活动中所负债务，第三人主张该债务为夫妻共同债务的，人民法院不予支持。
