释义	法律分析：驾照不是必须考的。考驾照只是多了一项技能，倒不是每个人都必须考的。应当根据自己的实际意愿来决定，如果觉得现在的代步工具已经足够或者想享受轻生活，则无须考驾照。驾驶机动车需要一定的驾驶技能，缺少这种技能的如果随意驾驶机动车，就有可能发生交通事故，一般人无证不能上路行驶。但对于已具备安全驾驶技术的人他们在道路上驾驶车辆，这种允许的证件就是“驾驶证”。这说明驾驶证是一种“许可证明”。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第八条驾驶机动车，应当依法取得机动车驾驶证。
