释义	法律分析: 不可以。银行规定所有的信用卡和借记卡只限本人使用，如果将卡借给他人使用，由此产生的任何后果均由本人负责。法律依据: 《银行卡业务管理办法》第二十八条个人申领银行卡，应当向发卡银行提供公安部门规定的本人有效身份证件，经发卡银行审查合格后，为其开立记名账户，凡在中国境内金融机构开立基本存款账户的单位，应当凭中国人民银行核发的开户许可证申领单位卡，银行卡及其账户只限经发卡银行批准的持卡人本人使用，不得出租和转借。
