要如何证明唯一监护人? |

应该到户籍所在地，公安机关户籍管理部门开。需要带法定监护人的身份证、户口本原件及其复印件。
《民法典》规定，未成年人的父母是未成年人的监护人。父母对子女享有亲权，是当然的第一顺位监护人。未成年人的父母死亡或没有监护能力的，依次由祖父母和外祖父母、兄姐、关系密切的亲属或朋友、父母单位和未成年人住所地的居委会或村委会、民政部门担任监护人。成年精神病人的法定监护人的范围和顺序是：配偶、父母、成年子女、其他近亲属、关系密切的亲属或朋友、精神病人所在单位或住所地的居委会、村委会、民政部门。
法定监护人的顺序有顺序在前者优先于在后者担任监护人的效力。但法定顺序可以依监护人的协议而改变，前一顺序监护人无监护能力或对被监护人明显不利的，人民法院有权从后一顺序中择优确定监护人。
一、监护人的职责有哪些？
监护人必须承担以下职责：
1、供吃、穿、住、医疗等条件以保障未成年人得以生存和身体的健康；
2、采取有效措施以保护未成年人的安全；
3、对未成年人的思想、行为进行正确的教育、引导和管理，预防和制止未成年人的不良行为；
4、保证未成年人接受学校科学、文化等知识教育；
5、照顾未成年人的生活；
6、管理和保护未成年人的财产；
7、代理未成年人进行与其智力不相适应的民事活动；
8、代理未成年人进行诉讼；
9、保证未成年人不得早婚；
10、保障未成年人合法权益不受侵害；
11、保障未成年人与监护人共同居住；
12、公安机关汇报和请求帮助；
13、代为赔偿；
14、监护人不得允许未满十六周岁的未成年人做童工。
