释义	房屋买卖合同一般自合同成立后，即当事人在合同上签字、盖章或按手印后即生效。如果当事人约定了合同生效时间的，则生效时间到了合同生效；如果约定了生效条件的，则生效条件成就后合同即生效。法律依据《民法典》第一百五十八条，民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
