释义	法律分析：内部债权债务的抵消不能抵抗第三人，抵销的效力是：1.双方债权的消灭。双方债权额相同时，其互享的债权或互负的债务全部归于消灭，双方债权额不同时，就其相等额而消灭。2.债权债务关系溯及到最初适于抵销时按双方债权能相互抵销的数额而消灭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十八条，当事人互负到期债务，该债务的标的物种类、品质相同的，任何一方可以将自已的债务与对方的债务抵销，但依照法律规定或者依照合同的性质不得抵销的除外。
