法律分析：试用买卖合同中标的物如果在试用期内毁损的由出卖人负责。民法典第六百三十七条规定，试用买卖的当事人可以约定标的物的试用期限。标的物在试用期内毁损、灭失的风险由出卖人承担。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六百三十七条 试用买卖的当事人可以约定标的物的试用期限。对试用期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，由出卖人确定。
