释义	根据目前的医保政策，一般情况下，新疆乌鲁木齐的医保卡在广东省不可以使用。但对于那些常在外地出差或者是退休后被安置在外地的劳动者来说，可以去医保中心登记备案，这样即便在异地看病，消费后的医疗费用是可以到劳动者医保所在地办理报销手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国医疗保险条例》第二十五条迁离本省或者在本省内流动的，个人帐户的资金余额可以转移使用;无法转移的，应当退还本人。划入统筹基金的基本医疗保险费，归原统筹单位全体参保人员所有，不予转移，也不退还。
