释义	法律分析：员工不接受加班没有问题。公司安排加班需要与员工协商，在员工自愿的情况下才可以安排加班。员工不同意，公司无权强行要求员工加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。加班每日不得超过三小时，每月不得超过三十六小时。超过了法定最长加班时间，将面临行政处罚风险。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
