释义	送达拒收视为送达。法院的快递一般是不可以拒收的，邮政人员用“法院专递”的形式将邮件交给受送达人，受送达人知道自己涉及诉讼，但拒绝签收的，说明其有意逃避法律、不愿意承担相应责任，应由其本人承担相应的法律后果。并且对邮寄送达而被受送达人拒收的诉讼文书，应视为送达。《民事诉讼法》第九十一条直接送达诉讼文书有困难的，可以委托其他人民法院代为送达，或者邮寄送达。邮寄送达的，以回执上注明的收件日期为送达日期。
