释义	法律分析：出院之前没有出示医保卡也是可以报销的，在付钱的时候或者出院结算的时候就要出示医保卡，医院会把该扣的扣掉在报销的时候，如果要用医保卡个人账户支付住院费用，出院结算前告诉医院的结算工作人员，按正常的刷卡手续办理即可。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
