单务协议有什么特征？

单务合同特征在于单方允诺之债在表意人作出意思表示之时就对表意人有一定的约束力，相对人的意思表示对单方允诺之债的成立没有任何法律意义；而单务合同在性质上是合同关系，要有双方当事人意思表示一致合同才能成立，仅有一方的意思表示单务合同是不可能发生的。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百三十四条 民事法律行为可以基于双方或者多方的意思表示一致成立，也可以基于单方的意思表示成立。法人、非法人组织依照法律或者章程规定的议事方式和表决程序作出决议的，该决议行为成立。
