释义
1、签订了一年的劳动合同，劳动者可以与用人单位协商解除劳动合同，或者提前30天通知用人单位解除劳动合同，劳动合同解除后可以离职。
2、法律规定：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十六条 【协商解除劳动合同】用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
第三十七条 【劳动者提前通知解除劳动合同】劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
