购房合同备案后算名下有房嘛？

不算。
房子虽然在房管局备案，但没有房产证仍然不算自己有房产，因为房产证是唯一的产权证明；房子已经在房产局备案，仅能说明该房子与你有一定的关系；
有的已经交款没有房产证、有的同意赠与没有房产证，有的法律判决没有房产证，但是没有得到房产证之前，从法律的角度看仍然不算自己房屋产权。
法律依据：《民法典》第二百零九条 不动产物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，经依法登记，发生效力;未经登记，不发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
依法属于国家所有的自然资源，所有权可以不登记。
