释义	法律分析：不会。父母欠债法院原则上无权冻结儿女的银行卡。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法院民事执行中查封、扣押、冻结财产的规定》第二十九条人民法院冻结被执行人的银行存款及其他资金的期限不得超过六个月，查封、扣押动产的期限不得超过一年，查封不动产、冻结其他财产权的期限不得超过二年。法律、司法解释另有规定的除外。申请执行人申请延长期限的，人民法院应当在查封、扣押、冻结期限届满前办理续行查封、扣押、冻结手续，续行期限不得超过前款规定期限的二分之一。
