释义	法律分析：仲裁通常进行公开审理，但也有不公开审理的时候。开庭审理是指在仲裁庭的主持下，在双方当事人和其他仲裁参与人的参加下，按照法定程序，对案件进行审理并作出裁决的方式。不过为保障双方当事人的权益，仲裁也实行不公开审理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第三十九条仲裁应当开庭进行。当事人协议不开庭的，仲裁庭可以根据仲裁申请书、答辩书以及其他材料作出裁决。第四十条仲裁不公开进行。当事人协议公开的，可以公开进行，但涉及国家秘密的除外。
