释义	法律分析：自己也可以做伤残鉴定，不是必须得请律师。伤残鉴定可以自行委托司法鉴定机构或者通过法院委托司法鉴定机构。律师只是受当事人委托代理办理伤残鉴定手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百二十条鉴定人进行鉴定后，应当写出鉴定结论，并且签名。对人身伤害的医学鉴定有争议需要重新鉴定或者对精神病的医学鉴定，由省级人民政府指定的医院进行。鉴定人进行鉴定后，应当写出鉴定结论，并且由鉴定人签名，医院加盖公章。鉴定人故意作虚假鉴定的，应当承担法律责任。
