释义	法律分析：证人必须是自然人，因此，法人和其他组织不能作证人，它们所提供的证据可能成为书证、物证、视听资料，但绝不可能成为证人证言法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。根据民事诉讼法以及关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定的条文要求，只要了解案情，并且其年龄、智力状况或者精神健康状况与待证事实相适应，且能正确表达意思的人，就可以作为证人予以作证而单位应该支持证人作证。
