释义	法律分析：所谓的“商标抢注”行为，是指将别的企业或者是个人已经使用过的、或者是被大家普遍认可的商标或驰名商标，对于不是这个原先或者类似的商品和服务上，到商标管理机构进行这个商标的申请、登记以及注册的行为。根据我国法律规定，商标抢注行为，是以不正当的手段获得本不属于抢注人的商标，此是违法行为，法律不予保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第三十二条申请商标注册不得损害他人现有的在先权利，也不得以不正当手段抢先注册他人已经使用并有一定影响的商标。
