释义	法律分析：公司变更法定代表人可以不进行股权转让。也就是说，辞去法定代表人身份，不一定伴随着股权转让。股权转让是股东对自己的股权的合法处分，并不因为失去法定代表人的身份而强制变更。也就是说法定代表人的变更和股权转让是各自独立，不一定且不必要同时出现。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第十三条公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
