入职需要担保人是怎样回事？
释义
用人单位招用劳动者，不得要求劳动者提供担保，指的是一切形式的担保，当然也包括以担保人形式出现的担保，显然这是非法的，换一句话说，这种做法是不符合劳动法的，既然不合法，则肯定是不合理的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第九条 用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。
