释义	法律分析：自愿给钱属于赠与在金钱还没转移前，赠与人可以任意撤销，金钱转移后，除非存在以下三种情况可以撤销，不然不能撤销:一,受赠人严重侵害赠与人或其近亲属二,有抚养义务的受赠人不履行义务。三,受赠人不履行赠与时的合同义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
