释义	法律分析：军婚可以提出离婚，但是如果是现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意。军人一方不同意离婚的，政治机关不得出具证明，但经政治机关查实军人一方确有重大过错的除外。重大过错包括重婚、与他人同居、虐待家庭成员、吸毒、赌博等。如果双方都同意离婚，可以办理协议离婚，协议不成的，可以向法院起诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十一条现役军人的配偶要求离婚，应当征得军人同意，但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。
