问题	离婚调解书方未去法院领取生效吗
释义	调解协议符合规定的，人民法院应当另行制作民事调解书。人民法院可以当庭告知当事人到人民法院领取民事调解书的具体日期，也可以在当事人达成调解协议的次日起十日内将民事调解书发送给当事人。调解书经双方当事人签收后，即具有法律效力。如果双方签收的时间不一致，则以最后一方签收的时间为生效时间。当事人拒收离婚调解书的，不影响离婚调解协议的效力。一方不履行离婚调解协议的，另一方可以持离婚调解书向人民法院申请强制执行。
