释义	法律分析：把车刮了跑了这是属于肇事逃逸，肇事逃逸是明知发生交通事故，交通事故当事人驾车或弃车逃离事故现场的。但如果只是一般刮蹭而未发生严重事故的，并不构成犯罪，按一般的交通违法行为处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第九十二条发生交通事故后当事人逃逸的，逃逸的当事人承担全部责任，但是有证据证明对方当事人也有过错的，可以减轻责任。只要发生肇事逃逸，即可定为全责，但如果对方有无证、醉酒、闯红灯等违法行为，可以认定主次责任。
